Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to purchases and services provided by EXMARKET LIMITED, company number 14678779, registered office 8 Buckingham Mews, Sutton Coldfield, England, B73 5PR ("we", "us").

 

1. Products

We sell new and used vehicle parts. Each listing describes the part's condition. Photos are of the actual item or a representative example where stated. Before ordering, you are responsible for checking that a part is compatible with your vehicle; we are happy to help confirm compatibility by VIN.

 

2. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order if the item is unavailable or there is a pricing error, and in that case we refund you in full.

 

3. Payment

Payment is due when you order, through the payment methods shown at checkout.

 

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch within the period stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery.

 

5. Cancellations and returns (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Goods must be returned unused and in their original condition. We refund the price and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the return. Return shipping costs are paid by you unless the item is faulty or not as described. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

 

6. Used parts warranty

Used parts come with a 30-day warranty against defects not disclosed in the listing, unless the listing states otherwise. The warranty does not cover incorrect fitting, labour costs or consequential loss, except where the law does not allow these to be excluded.

 

7. Logistics and sourcing services

Vehicle sourcing and transport services are provided under a separate written quote or agreement, which takes priority over these terms for those services.

 

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the price of the order.

 

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, but consumers living elsewhere in the UK may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
